Why anet, why?? Why did you kill the MM class and replaced it with something so inferior? I'm not talking about skill balancing here - all aspects of the MM are severely reduced:
- a very low cap on how many minions a MM can control
- the main minion healing skill has been made completely useless, healing for less than 1/4 of what it used to be (10 sec per minute vs 44 sec per minute)
- the secondary healing skill has an almost prohibiting cost of 25% life sacrifice, but doesn't heal for more...

I've played GW since the very beginning, tried all professions with 40 - 50 subclasses and I don't know how many different builds, but the straight MM was the most fun to play. It was strictly PvE class (how many MMs have you seen in HoH, lol) because there are so many ways to counter it. Also, the minions are the dumbest creatures in this game: they don't run from aoe, you can't "call them back", once they start attacking they don't move until they or the target is dead...

So, why anet killed the MM? I have no idea... If it was so overpowered, why didn't they "fix it" earlier? Why wait more than a year? And don't tell me that MMs were too strong in 12 vs 12. There are soo many ways to counter them, that noone will want to even try bringing an MM there, just like HoH. I'm amused that the people testing 12 vs 12 didn't figure that out. Excessive farming? I don't think so. How many solo MMs were farming? Very few if any at all. How many solo 55 monks and necros farm? All of them. How many B/P groups farm - all of them (and they have been made even stronger with the 20/20 sundering).

The bottom line is that the most fun class to play in GW has been ganked completely, after over one year of existence (yes, HoH and GvG are fun at first, but get boring pretty quick - about 3-4 weeks).

Combine all that with some unclear, double-meaning legalese in the new license agreement (most people will need a dictionary to translate it to English) and I don't think that anet deserves my measly $50 any more!

i think they nerfed them cause 12v12 during FPE were full of MM and they would OWN a lot of things

Yes, we have heard about the horrible fate of the minion masters. I'm sorry if that was the only thing you liked about GW, but starting a ragequit thread in Riverside doesn't help anything.
