To those that installed Factions and joined both accounts, where was the 'Add button' in that screen after you inputted your Factions access key? I couldn't find the Add button, so I clicked Next instead. Now I can't see any Factions content. I can't even re-enter my access key because the system says it's in use.
Can any of you post a screenshot of the 'Add button' screen that joins both Prophecies and Factions accounts??

Nevermind. Tech support just replied to my email:

"The reason you saw no change on your View Content Rights page was because Guild Wars Factions had not officially launched at the time you registered your Factions key. You should now see it listed there, and see your two extra character slots."

DUH!
