Factions CD key *please help

Ok i just went to get Factions 2day and came home to add the key to my account but i cant seem to add it...do i have to wait until the preorder key wears off on May 1st or am i doing something wrong?

You should just be able to add the key by pressing the 'create account or add access key' button on the login screen.

Thats what I did (and yes I already had the pre-order head start key on as well) and I had no problems.

i figured it out, i was tryin to add it under manage access keys on the character selection screen instead of the log on screen; the place where u used to add them
