I'm in the Bazaar right now. My skillbar consists of, for the most part, those skills handed out during the tutorial. I picked up two additional skills right after the Minister mission.
I've yet to see any further serious exploration of skills, let alone a capture signet.
Have I missed something, or is this the way it's supposed to be right now?

Now that it's filed properly, can someone please help me out? I'm going on hour three here of dying horribly as I fight tooth and nail.

I don't have an issue with mods. I have an issue with someone who, upon seeing my frustrated cry for help, sees an opportunity to sort and file my cry for help, as opposed to actually addressing it.
I totally recognize s/he was simply doing his/her job. I'm not crying foul on that. I just dislike how the human side was passed over in favor of the bureaucratic side.
Incidentally, thanks for the same.
PS: I finally figured out what my problem was, but it was a good four-and-a-half hours later. As such, this reply is meant to be read as a light-hearted reply.
