Something that wouldn't be completely useless in a Guild Hall.
Trance Addict
A profession changer. Useful for people with PvPable PvE characters. You wouldn't have to change cities 3 times just to change your secondary profession.
TheMosesPHD
This would be nice. I'd rather pay 100k to change professions than even have the option of paying 100k for material traders. Material traders? Who even uses these guys anyway except in desperate situations? They're always way overpriced.
Evilsod
Good idea, most of those traders are useless (storage is nice though).
Been able to change professions in the GH would be much easier than changing to Lions Arch to go back again 2 minutes later.

Also saves he trouble of looking around whichever of the outposts and trying to find a ghost that will change the prof, as opposed to ghosts that bitch and moan about being dead and ask what you want.

Definatly needs to happen.
I've been thinking for a long time that they need to make an easier way to change secondary profession. Going to Crystal Desert to do it is just tedious. I can change all of my skills and attributes in a town or outpost, why can't I change my secondary profession

/Signed .. Profession Changer NPC An excellent idea for Hall.
I would also like to add the ability to add a Fireworks Vendor , Like in controlled towns. I know that would be a silly fun thing but why not? Especially since several towns on the Kur side are not really well suited for effective fireworks displays.
I know they have a few other features still on the dev block.
Guild storage (shared with officers and leader)
or
Guild Armory (Used to Hold Weapons for Guild Use. All weapons in the Armory are customized for the guild alone)
Guild Treasuer (Gold Pool, contributed by all, [only used for Guild upgrades])
Basically a donate funds pocket book for upgrades. After all not everyone can afford some of those. But it would be nice to donate a few gold here or there to the cause right? This prevents leaders from looting the Treasury for other things besides Hall upgrades.
And the Guild Auction System Basically putting your items up for sale through the Guild Auctioneer NPC by proxy. Its then listed in outside towns for sell and you come to your guild hall to pick up profits or item back at a later time.

Plus this NPC and the skill trader NPC should be available in HA/TA/RA.
It gets very annoying to travel around just to change professions+buy skills for pve charas.

Also that idea of Guild Customisation and storage, I think it rocks, it would be nice if leaders / officers could drop in a nice weapon for people to use when they want to, one only the leader / officers can scrap / sell / mod, would be nice

/signed, we don't really need material traders in hall, we need them where we get our armor!
For the hall i would also like to have a flag maker
The flag maker makes flags with your guilds emblem and colors and you can set the flag anywhere in the hall, you could put them on walls or on the ground, we could get the sizes small, medium and large on the flags. A small one would be 2k, the medium 5k and large 12k
This would be nice to get a more feeling that you belong to your guild and the price would prevent them from being overbought, like every single meter is covered with a flag.
These flags would ofcourse been hidden while in a GvG

Oh how I hate travelling to the desert outposts to change professions. Now I can just press G and click as opposed to the old way of: M, Click, Double Click.
4 second savings, or less!

and would be nice if the merchants and skill traders had a bit more.. such as Bags and Beltpouches on the Merchant (that only has rune of holding right now)
on a side note.. imho, the 2 Material traders and Scroll Trader aren't worth the price they are.

On a side note, it'd be cool if the profession change NPC(if added) could also change the secondary of a PvP only charactar, as it does get quite annoying to log, delete, reroll, log back on, then rejoin the group. Allowing PvP only charactars to do this would save everyone 30s-1 minute of rerolling.

I know there is a key factor in the profession changer that needs addressed. the one in Senji's Corner ( I think that where it was) is great. just like the one in the town during the FPE, except it cost some gold to do it now. for the convenience. but the problem is that it includes ALL professions. including Assassin and Rituralist... and Anyone can access the guild hall. so though I would love to have the option, I understand why it didn't appear in the hall right away at launch because in theory as the NPC works now a preson with only Chapter 1 could join a guild with a profession changer and get a secondary of Ass or Rit without owning Factions. So until that particular issue is worked out... We will not see it in the Hall. However. that being said. I did hear that this has been looked at by the powers that be... and that a few of these are in the works already. And others like the Key cutter idea is new. so keep em coming. they love this input on suggestions...

But it seems ANet wants to stay with the "setting".
You can hire all those merchants and xunlai agents. But how do you hire a profession changer?
In the desert, the changers are ghosts and they got nothing better to do than complain about being dead and teaching people different professions.
So to keep with the "setting", the priest of balthazar could summon the spirit for 100k or something...
He would summon a spirit that would stay for ever, looks like a ghostly professionchanger and only works if you finished those desert quests.
Yah I'm bored

This would be very nice, we can change skills and attributes in town, after we finish the secondary class alternative quests, they might as well allow our secondary to be interchangeable freely. But at the least, they could have a secondary changer available in PvP areas.
