Did i get f'ed over by factions?

Well i havent played GW in about 3 weeks (grounded). I Know i have a dragos flatbow. With the factions here and a 20/20 dragos, is my dragos gonna be 20/20 or 10/10. This applies with alot of my weapons. And my 10/9 sundering sword, used to be worth sumthing but with factions im broke.

I didnt buy factions (yet), but does any1 know if, although i dont have factions yet, will i be seeing "WTS PERFECT 20/20 BLA BLAH SWORD OF BLAH BLAH ETC." Or is the prophecies completely seperate from factions? Or is there 2 different prophecies servers where people who dont have factions have to stick with the 10/10 as max sundering?



I have heard that you can also buy new character slots on ur current account? Is that true?

Well im realling confused and if any1 can post some answers, that would be great.

I know this isnt ranger type question i noticed after i posted. I just figured that IF a mod saw it they would simply move it.

this is why Buying weapons is bad all around. Now Anet has basically made trading obsolete, and I could not be happier. Plenty of good craft-able weapons in Cantha. as well as Perfect Collecters Weapons. That can be remodded in some cases. to change this or that.

Finally the drops have increased in quality and so have chests... If its a gold item its got REAL gold stats of some kind. And gold armors salvage gold Runes... That's good also...

All in all I appreciate that this will bring prices back down to reasonable levels all around. that and the huge gold sinks now available will get everyone back in line for a fair market system once the auction house is finished and comes out.
