Why Was Shadow Refuge Changed?

I noticed today that shadow refuge was changed to a healing version o.O Why was this done, shadow refuge pretty much made the assassin decent in melee combat. I was playing today, and the assassins were pretty much always at the the brink of death, if not dead thirty times over :/ The healing version is *nice*, but... assassin could really use the original version of shadow refuge back The Ritualists in my groups seem to be able to live longer in 1vs 1 combat :P

Is there any skill later on taht will help with melee combat, because as of now, staying alive is quite a issue...

It made killing other classes nearly impossible.

Had to be changed.

I like the old one more - it made you take half damage for a couple seconds and then healed you. The new one gives you some regen and then heals you if you are attacking after those 4 seconds.

yea i'm not liking this new version at all. if anything just make it heal me right away not after four seconds of gettign pounded by a wammo. i would much prefer it as it was during the previews

Then they should've put it in Critical Strikes like they did with Twisting Fangs. This was a horrible nerf that literally changed my mind from building a PvE Assassin for later PvP use.
