PC on Warhammer

I forgot to take a picture, so i'll just tell the stats:

Vampiric Warhammer, req. 12 (gold)
dmg. 19-35 +15% (while enchanted)
5:1 Vampiric Haft

I would prefer 2-3 quotes before I decide to sell, thanks in advance.

EDIT: added Damage mod and requirement.

What percent is the "while enchanted", whats the req? etc.. Either way I say salvage for the vamp.
