Because the mod baseline pricing thread hasnt been updated to facilitate to the new 20% upgrades im rather confused over how common/rare these 20% upgrades are, do 10% sundering upgrades still drop? or has 20% become the norm for sundering upgrades with the percentage chance variable?
I found this...
when i was out in grenths footprint its only 20/16 but thats still a great improvement over the previous perfect score of 10/10, id be greatfull if anyone could tell me how much its worth, ive seen 20/20's going for a lot more than 10/10 ever did...
