access key problem

i cant login to plaync to purchase factions and i don't remember the password.
i emailed support and can answer all their questions save one:
"What are the 20 digit codes for all games you added to the account?"

i don't think i wrote it down (even had i, it would be lost by now), and i didn't see it in an email.

can i just make a new account? or how can i find the access key?
