Champion title: what does "high-rated" mean, exactly?

What are the specific numbers that determine whether a GvG match is "high-rated" or not?

I'd assume top 100 although I don't know.

or could be teams that are above you on the ladder

if that is the case then EViL wont be able to get it

so its proberly just top-100
