Henchie replacement

Dont know if this has been said yet, but I think it would be very good. When in the middle of a mission and someone leaves, next cutscene a henchie replaces the lost person. This would really be a big help.

Similar to when someone drops in HA while fighting the spirits?
Is it a random henchman that replaces such people if the group succeeds and goes on? I can only remember it happening once and it was Stefan who replaced the guy...

I posted such an idea before, but it was only for PVE(not sure did it worked, not looked there for ages 
). It would then spawn a henchman of the same % of health.(dead, if the lefter is dead)
