This sitch is this:
Im from New Zealand there a 2 islands if u didnt know
and my friend lives in south and i live in the north island.
Now i have normal guildwars
and he has GW factions
He wants to sell his Factions account to me but he doesnt know where his cds are!
So if i just log in his account and enter the factions game with a character will the game automatically Download the factions cilent?(like a patch?) because currently i cannot find a factions cilent download.
Plz i beg u .. help me because im moving da money into bank transaction on monday!
People who hav had situations like this.... plz help me!

If he already created a Factions account, it will forever be separate from your original GW account (ie no merging possible).
That being said, all you would have to do is go to your login screen and change your login email/password to his account information and you will have access to whatever he has. This is the same as those of us that had multiple GW accounts, and it will automatically install any Factions content you are missing.
Also, trading/selling accounts is against the EULA of ArenaNet, so I wouldn't broadcast yours or your friends in game account names on a public forum if you choose to risk violating the EULA by swapping/sharing/buying used accounts. It would be really awful to wake up, go to log in to your account(s) and have them permanently closed because someone read your post and then closed the accounts.

my friend got factions for a b-day present and he didnt like it when he played it (WHO WOULDNT LIKE GW FACTIONS!)
so i said i would buy it for 50bucks instead of buying a new one for 90 dollars (new zealand dollars)

I certainly understand Yuna, personally I think once you pay for an account it should be yours to do whatever the heck you want with.
