PC on a vampiric twin hammer of fortitude

These are the mods
Vampiric Twin Hammer of Fortitude (req 13)
vampiric 3-1
fortitude +29 hp

Its not wirth that much, the only thing with value is the fortitude, scince vamp 5/1 is max for ahmmer and u have vamp 3/1 so, i would say 3-4k [i dont know wery much about hammer]
