I'd say you salvage. Either get the +19 mod or the 5/1 mod. Please refer to the price guides on the mods after salvage.

It's worth nothing. The only thing good about it is the 5/1 vamp string, so you need to expert salvage it and hope you get that mod. Somebody MIGHT be williing to pay 2-3k for it to take the salvage risk.
