Server change..

What is this, why couldnt they renew the server changes with the expansion?? one would think thats not to much to ask. still stuck on unwanted server

goto support.guildwars.com and explain your problem, they have been very good about moving people back home who screwed up by NOT reading.

I did read it.. and was fine with it. But i expected to be able to switch again now after buying their expansion.. anyway, i wrote them now and got a reply asking for "your access key, your Guild Wars game account name, and the territory to which you want to be assigned."

So, i guess that would be the key written on the cd cover, my email and europe,
but i got a mail saying i had given wrong information, and no explanation. Anyone know whats the deal?

Well by email, I would assume they want the email you use to login to your gw account.

Make sure u are giving the right Key remember if u update to Guild Faction now u have 2 Key and the email have to be the one u use for opening the account you should be ok them.
Oh i forgot i had the same problem and i sent the Key again, what happen was that i have a Number 8 that look like a B and that was my problem
