can anyone help me im stuck in Zos Shivros Channel, the guy there said i need to join 1 of the 3 clans to be allowed into Cavalon, anyone what to do?

Nevermind what the guy says .

Assuming this is the first time you've gotten to Zos Shivros then you just take a quest 'City Under Attack' from.. one of the NPC's there. That quest leads you (eventually) to Sunjiang District mission, where upon completion you can side with either Kurzicks or Luxons and be allowed into House zu Heltzer or Cavalon respectively.

yea im pretty sure i completed that City Under Attack mission a yesterday, cant find no more missions in the area so im going back to the start and completing missions i didnt do, and i got no primary quest, which is weird cos i always have 1 and that usually leads me to the next area :/

The NPC will give you the next primary quest.
