imho merchant the shield unless your going to use it because its the ugly shield skin, i dunno still low req an almost perfect try selling it, but yeah 2/3 need salvaged hope you get the 20% enchant but who knows maybe the 20/19 is worth more perfect mods i unno the again nice finds.
