I cant into one of the portals for my primary quest. Awesome! And I found out that I need to finish this primary quest before they will let me move to the next mission town. Looks like I'm stuck where I am. Well, this game was fun for about 1 day.

do the primary quest first, then it will let you in, i think i know the are your talking about south of the marketplace right?, if so go back to the Dragons Throat place walk outside and finish that mission Finding The Oracle, if its not what i just said, just do whatever primary quest you have they usually take you to the next area or at least open it up for you

Have you considered that this may be because you didnt pay attention when NPCs were speaking ?

I can't complete the primary quest. I cant get through the Shadows passage portal. Just north of Vizunah Square.

It says meet Togo and Mehnlo in Shadows Passage. I cant get there. end of story.

You're meant to leave through the exit in Dragon's Throat, I believe? That's never been blocked..

No. I left from Vizunah Square. I can try and leave from there, but why should I have to leave from certain towns? Why does it matter how I get there? If thats the case, then thats something they need to fix. How do I know what towns I am supposed to leave from?

you must leave from dragons throat its one way for some reason, proably cos thats the way the quest goes, its just the story, you will see when you complete

Explore more or ask people if you can't do a quest or mission before making a title and conclusion like that.
