OK, I think this sucks. Earlier, this skill affected attacks in general, now it effects ONLY bow attacks. Furthermore, it's linked to expertise, which ALREADY decreases the cost of the attack. I'm not terribly happy about this elite. I thought it might have a nice few thumper builds around it after some time, but now it's already pre-nerfed. With a level of expertise to make it even useful, the only shots that are going to matter with this are:Concussion Shot
Broad Head Arrow - Elite, so it doesn't even count
Pin Down
Crippling Shot - Elite, etc.
So conc. shot and pin down, basically. Everything else is 10 energy or less, and with even a decent level of expertise, that hardly costs anything.
I think maybe if this skill was linked to marksmanship rather than expertise (honestly, the correlation between ARCHER and MARKSMANSHIP is pretty strong), it would pique my interest. As it is, it seems like another waste of an elite.

what? Elite signet? In expertise? I don't think this "signet" even exists and that Broad head arrow is unheard of too.

Thats probably the point Snoop, bring this into a basic interrupt build instead of Punishing Shot and you have a nice and spammable Concussion Shot, Savage Shot and Distracting Shot. It is a little odd that you need Expertise to reduce the cost of skills then to make this more effective at reducing them completely though.

This doesn't really effect distracting shot all that much. It's 5 energy at base, and with even a pitiful level, you're down to 2 energy for the shot. Concussion Shot does get a nice energy reduction, but it still has a recharge of 10 seconds, so it's not really any more spammable than it was before, you can just afford it.
I like the idea, but I wouldn't use my elite spot on this as is, there just doesn't seem to be a point (unless you're using it for 2 concussion shots and a super-low expertise) using it as opposed to regularly high expertise and something like Oath Shot (which does make Distracting and Savage spammable).

Would definitely be interesting if it were Marksmanship. Now, it would have to have a really high minimum number of attacks to be worthwhile (basically using your elite skill slot in place of a bunch of Expertise levels).
