Read this BEFORE asking for a PC on faction items

i cannot tell you how many people ive had pm me asking me for pcs in the past few days...but to put it lightly, in order to actually play the game ive been forced to set my status to offline most of the time. it seems fruitless to try and explain to people that item PCing is not a mathematical science; it is based soley off of the observations made by the inidivual on given prices for an item with given stats; and if previously unseen modifications are posed; you then must weigh that agasint the average prices of the high, low, and middle-ground quality of that particular item skin.
in other words; pcing is as unaccurate as hell intill a standard value has been maintained by the average "consumer." but trying to explain this to people is often like trying to teach a brick wall how to write an english paper.
its because of this that i am currently taking a break from pcing as a whole; i can do my best on some items, but in general i will refrain from PCing items not only due to the new market, but because i dont want to get yelled at by someone later on because they sold the equvilant of an 8 15>50 crystalline for 100k while the market was in chaos, or something like that.

ok from general observation this is what i have worked out
plaugeborn items=common
15^50 weapons have increased in drop rate
perfect mods have increased in drop rate
perfect caster items have incresed in drop rate
the addition of 5^50 10% green caster items have runied the gold market for such items
