been playing for a while and never seen anything like this:

dmg 14%^50% health
lengthens poison by 33%
armor +7 vs ele
question is - is it common for a gold to have such a low requirement? ive personally never seen a rare item have a req of less than 7. i know its not max dmg and not "perfect 15^50" but is this worth anything or should i just salvage for the (hopeful) +7warding grip? anyone else seen gold with requirments this low?
