Standard and CE CD key's - some questions

I'm in a bit of a quandry so bare with me - I have the standard edition of Factions, and a CE on order (have 2 Prophecy accounts), now I've started Factions with my main account which I applied the pre-order key to, using my existing Ranger and this is the account I want to add the CE stuff to, but I also want to carry on and finish Factions with my main account ranger before starting a new character or using my 2nd account - with me so far? good, now my questions:

1. Are all the CE extras included in 1 key? or do you get a standard key in the CE edition plus additional keys for bonus stuff?

The reason I ask this, is I want to know if I can add my standard key now to keep playing my main account in Cantha after the 2 day grace period and add the CE bits later, while using the standfard key in the CE on my 2nd account.

Alternatively, if I upgrade a standard Factions account to CE can I re-use the standard key on my 2nd account seeing as it's been replaced on the 1st account?

Or is it (as I suspect going by the way ANET do things) that if I use my standard key on the main account, then apply the CE key, the first key is lost and to upgrade my 2nd account I'd have to buy a 3rd one? In which case ANET can stuff it and I'll cancel the CE
