mini pets appearance

Not knowing after buying mini pets that they can be released outside of outposts. What about them being able to be released in towns? Would be easier to trade/sell/buy them, and I don't think much usage is needed for this to be incorporated.

Too many people spawning too many NPC's would lag the game for too many people, even as small as they are. I bet this is also the reason why you can't have an inventory full of them and just spawn them outside (instead, they just overwrite the last one you clicked).

After a while, we're all going to know what they all look like, so I would just wait it out, or just keep showing people outside.
