access to xaquang skyway???

i want to get to the outpost contained in xaquang skyway (can't ermember name atm...). I have been all over wajjun bazaar and i can see the entrances to xaquang skyway, but can only get to the entrances into the undercity. can someone please help me? i need to know if i have to do anything first, or where exactly i have to come out of to access these portals..

ok, but how do i get into there? i went over there and there is a guy standing in front that won't let me in. he said talk to nika in bekdek byway and i can't find her..please help

Factions is unique. In factions, you actually gotta do the quests. Dont know how to get somewhere? Do the primary quests.
