I have been experimenting with the Glyph of Essence that just came out with Factions. I thought I would give it a shot with Rebirth and the results were rather good. I found it is rather useful for cutting down rez times. Rebirth normally drains all your energy anyways so the effects of the Glyph aren't so bad.

It can also be useful for Metor Shower. Using Glyph of Energy can often offset the cost of Essence. I am trying to find useful ways for this Glyph.

Except that you dont have to be ele to use it =\ Anywho, to hell with rezmers...

You have to be a E/Mo or a Mo/E. Because you need a Rez and the Glyph to do the rapid rez. I guess also a E/Rt combo could as well. Though as for other classes you could, but there isn't a whole lot of use in it.

I don't think it's possible to DOUBLE glyph, 1 glyph will replace another, just like weapon spells.

i think he mens that you can use glyph of energy _after_ spell used with glyph of essence. Makes sense, but rather useless...

I'm kind of curious to see how well glyph of essence works with an ether prodigy build, though. You don't want to use your glyph until you're at about at the point where you won't really lose much energy, but with prodigy you can rebuild your reserve relatively quickly.

Thing is, cast times have all been coming down as of late so it's even harder to justify using the glyph than it was before.
