hi there everyone,

I have decided to share a little Factions wallpaper I made with the GWG community.

any crits, comments would be nice

I decided to use Mhenlo and not an assassin or a ritualist for the following reasons:

- the render of Mhenlo was perfect for this concept
- Mhenlo appears in factions

wow. incredible...i like how the blue and orange aura around mhenlo show his allegiance to both dwayna and balthazar..."read the book, it talks about him following two gods." you were very creative and very very smart when you came up with the idea for this. it is awesome and i am jealous of your skills.

The aura showing his allegiance to both gods, was a rather fortunate mistake I guess. The dual aura was supposed to reperesent the two Factions; blue (jade = Luxons), yellow/orange(amber = Kurzicks).

Amazing!

This is really a thing of beauty - I always check out the Nolani Academy of Arts forums, and always come out impressed, and this really takes the cake.

I wish there was a theme to go with this, using StyleXP, or somesuch - that'd be mind-blowing.

Glad you all like it! Thank you so much for all your kind comments, they're very encouraging.

I certainly didn't expect that many people to like it, let alone actually use it as their wallpapers.

Honestly... this is the coolest GW wallpaper i've seen however I can not use it. It is not the correct size and it gets streched and looks like crap =/. If you made a few versions of it that fit with different resolutions thatd be cool.

I'm glad so many people like it. I've actually gotten another request to make it in a different resolution (800x600) shouldn't be a problem if the renders and screenshots permit it. I might try my hand it a week or so later, for the next five days I have finals, then a flight half way around the world, so maybe after that

. I'm already wasting too much time as is -_- damn you and your inconvenient release dates, ANET!!

p.s. what's your resolution, TheLordOfBlah?

indeed i think menhlo is concentrated in the middle is a good choice becuz of his from, he makes a nice border between Kurzick an Luxon

but, I'd like to know (for future random walpaper reference and random PS-ing) how did you get the faction's logo so perfect? Mine always comes out...blah, especially when I tried to scan it >.<
