I need a pc on this nice new factions axe:

Dual Gothic Dual Axe(Required 11)
6-28 damage
+15% dmg enchanted
3/1 vamp
+5 armor

I haven't seen too many of these yet, but I know i havent played Cantha as much as most others...lol. Any opinion on the rarity, and/or price of this item is welcome.
