Was searching around for a +5 energy sword and someone said he could get me another in about 15 min. He said there was a collector for them. He, however, declined to tell me where the collector was and said it was "secret". Does this collector actually exist? And if so, where?

Yes, but the only one I have seen is from a post from someone that you get it after the end of the game.

collector at the last mission after you beat shiro has all +5 weapons .. daggers katanas etc.. along with some nice other stuff.

What is the req. like on these weapons? I remember seeing Shiro's Daggers and it was something lik 15.

Be nice if they just put them back in game. BUT I suppose that doesn't create the damand you want to sell the Factions if you are a company either. Great marketting tool, which is what it really is all about.
