About armor

Okay, in my opinion the armor system in cantha is a bit messy, with armor crafters outside of towns. My assassin really wants his armor to look like this:

I'm currently in the marketplace, and i would like to know if this maybe is 15K armor. If it is i'd be better off with going to kaineng centre and buy the same armor looks i have now since i have nowhere near enough money to got 15K armor
