Theres new greens for low level people now like that one in factions as well as the very high level greens that exist which have perfect stats for pvp etc.

My mate got a green bow last night, not max (6-16 piercing I believe) req was 6 marksmenship, +28 health always, and -10 armor while attacking. It dropped from a Crimson boss in the snowy area before the portal to Kinya Province.

And yes in Cantha more greens than ever drop. Both from lvl level bosses and high lvl bosses.
I've seen about ~5-6 greens just from Starter Island bosses.
