When your character is 12 months old [type /age to check] you get a gift that appears in your inventory. Double-click it (possibly only outside town) and a mini monster drops on the ground. They are fully tradeable.

If you trade one away can you get another one?
Edit: Is it your characters age, or your accounts age? My mains character age is 11 months but account age 12 months

It's per character. If your account is 12 months old then you must have deleted your first char yes? Eitherway, you get one when your char becomes 1 year old.

i bought game the day it came out and with my original its still saying 11 months played time whats up with that anyone else have this kind of problem?

if i'm not mistaken there was an age reset not too long after the game came out... i as well started day of release, and am only 11 months old....
i dont think we will have to wait all that long.....

I got the hydra myself

Sadly, it does not do anything besides look incredibly cute. It follows you around wherever you go, you can double click on it in your inventory to "take it out" or "put it away"

the game came out the end of may. People with 1 year old chars like me played (and created) that char in the final beta weekend
