This npc doesn't allow me to redeem anything with my faction. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong/missing here?

some rumors said there is a bug....
But i know that ure guild must be affiliated to the Kurzick in your case to let u spend your factions points....if i'm not wrong. So only your Guild leader decide wich faction will take so speak to him
