I am working on a new r/me build but i have a question how do u get those extra 30 attribute points again (some quest?)

To get those extra attributes, there are two quests.
The first one is in Destiny's Gorge. You talk to a person about talking to the forgotten. Once you get that quest, put on all of your runing skills. Then go that forgotten and talk to him. Right after he gives you experience, he gives you a quest to go talk to another forgotten. Once again, it's easier to run it so run to the other forgotten whom is on a plateau. Once you talk to him, VOILA! 15 attribute points
Then for the next one.
At Droknar's forge, there's a lady by the storage agents whp has a quest for you. She says to go to destiny's gorge, heroes' audience, and seekers passage. So, you go to those, BUT THE CATCH is that you must do every single path quest. So you have to do the Warrior's Path, the Monk's Path, the Elementalist Path, EVERYTHING!!!! If you don't, you don't get the follow up quest to get those 15 attribute points. Then, once you did EVERYTHING! you go back to her and then she'll give you another quest. You have to talk to her sister i believe in the frozen forest. This you can't exactly run. I still haven't made it to her, but if you have the copper mines or the iron mines, i'd start from there.

You don't have to do all of them, just one.
And if you start from Copperhammer, she's pretty close to right out the door. It's fairly easy. You can do it with henches, but there are usually groups forming for it.
