+5 Energy Weapons from Collector/Crafter

Has anyone seen them yet? I've heard they exist.

Or do that only drop with gold weapons?

I've seen them, didn't have enough materials or money. I think they are all req 9, max dmg and all have +5 energy

You need to kill Shiro in the Imperial Sanctum to get access to the +5 energy weapons.

yes, hes right, its after you defeat Shiro then you can trade in materials for +5 energy items

Are these +5 energy always?

Because I saw a lot of +5 energy when enchanted items yesterday, with a character I brought over from Prophechies, and I don't even know what killing Shiro means.

I walked from the city you arrive in to Marketplace, and somewhere along the way encountered a crafter or collector who offered Energy +5 while enchanted weapons.

I'm sorry that I can't be more specific; there was a lot to take in on my first visit.
