Skill - Backbreaker

Backbreaker is an elite hammer skill and in my mini skill guide is says I can get it at Boss: Ferk.

I also needed Disrupting Lunge and it says I can get it at Port Sledge.

Where exactly is Port Sledge and Where is Boss Ferk or where else can I get it at if not at him?

The boss for BB is the warrior ettin in the 'Ring of Fire' mission.

Port Sledge is the town-outpost just SE of Droknar's Forge.
