Thx for the info. Would you be willing to explain a bit why the items aren't good enough ? I just started playing 2 weeks ago and still trying to get a feel for the value and stats of things.

req Death while it decreases casting time of Blood, anything thats like this is worth less, and it has no Energy/Armor increasing mod
+11 isnt max
salvage runes u id, no reason not to imo
16% isnt max and its purple w/o an Energy/Armor increasing mod
non max dmg and only has 1 permant mod, the max is 2, i.e.
Halves casting 10%
Halves recharge 10%
