This place sells different looking armor for Kurzicks than the stuff you can get at K Center right? Is it 1.5k ? I've been holding off to buy armor since the Island cause if it's cooler looking i'd like to wait for it.
I just got to Ziv Shivros Channel, can I run to the place from there?

No - the 15k one is luxon controlled area only

There are (or should be, I suppose) 1.5k Luxon armors at Cavalon. Heltzer is the Kurzick capital, and you can craft Kurzick 1.5k there, so I assume that you should be able to craft 1.5k at the Luxon capital - Cavalon.

Yes, Dan is right, you can craft 1.5k Luxon armour in Cavalon. Ive yet to reach the 15k part yet though, just now made it too the hatchery

im pretty sure i remember 15k luxon crafter is at the Leviathon Pits, ill be doing gayla hatchery next time i log in, when im done ill tell you
