A little lost in factions

I am done up to the town called Zos Shivros Channel, from there, I do not see any more mission to further me along the story anymore.

I have done all the quests I have came acrossed, expect for one which is to explore 5 places for the map lady at Maatu Keep.

Could anyone give me some direction on how to further the game from here?
