Virus on my computer

Acouple days ago I wasn't thinking and I downloaded a Item Dupe thing off a website.
Nothing happened for acouple days, then about 10minutes ago Guildwars logged out by itself, and I knew that the virus had kicked in.
I tried to run the client again but it didnt even open, so I tried to un-install and it wont let me either.

Anything you guys can think of please support me

My dad was by my side when i posted this, he works with comps so he sorted it out.
And I do not have a taste to cheat, I play the game being poor and doing my best to get thru
