Just wondering if anyone has started a canthan, done the 2 attribute quests in the beginning, taken that character to Tyria. Then gone to the desert, done the one attribute quest there then to shiverpeaks and done the other?
I know it can't be done the other way cause a Tyrian can't access certain areas on the pre-island. So just wondering if anyone has tried the other way around to get a total of 230. And i know you'd think Areanet would have thought of this but with all the bugs and mishaps makes me wonder if they did.
Possible to get 230 points?

It's probably been taken into consideration. I think making sure old characters were balanced with new ones is a pretty big priority. They must have thought of this.

I think you can go to tyria and do the quests 
after some hard work and sweating you will complete the quests, noticing you are still at 200 attr's because thats the max (put your cursor above the box)..
Anet will laugh very loud then...

That and the only quest reqards you can get from Tyria are exp and items/gold
