I have looked at the elites for a Ritualist and have discovered Ritual Lord and I have been searching and have found the location. The only problem is the location of Silent Surf itself. I have not found it and all it says is its located in Luxon. So if any of you know the location of Silent Surf please post the location.

I have been looking south of leviathan Pits but with no luck. I have fought in that place a total of 5 times now and is still not there. Unless I'm just super unlucky.
