PC on Cruel Oni Daggers of Dagger Mastery

It's perfect, but the mods are unfortunately not the best ones.

Not sure since its a perfect 20 below 50, and I believe this is a good skin. So it could be worth something.

My advise though would be to salvage for the +1 20%

so far i don't think i've seen an oni here in the forums. so i would advice against salvaging

I for one have seen this skin, and I still say salvage.
