Just achieved tonight, thanks to about a week of wall-hugging.
The scary thing is, with Protector, Skill Hunter, and Sunspear/Lightbringer (once those two are maxable), I'll be one away from the next tier by Chapter 4...

(1. Many people don't have enough money to do that, just because a title is expensive it's not better than a title you really have to do something for(except than farming, etc.)
2. You stay in the same place, clicking the mouse again and again and again, doing like absolutely nothing...
I don't say it's not an achievement, but just because it takes longer than exploring or protector it's definitely not harder...)

For example, I could finish the bonuses I'm missing for protector titles if I were sufficiently bored, but I would never be able to force myself to click on ale for 10000 minutes. (not to mention the cash wasted) In fact, I gave up on my drunkard after about 300 minutes. I just don't find it enjoyable to tab out from reading the forums every minute and click on ale.
That makes drunkard title a greater acheivement than protector in my opinion.

Here's the thing, people keep saying it again and again and again, so I'll clear it up.
Incorrigable Ale Hound can be done in around 6 hours due to a glitch that lets you instantly add 3 minutes every few seconds. The downside being that you need (iirc) around 18k ales for the 10k minutes. Ale Hound isn't a difficult title, just very expensive. As for the others, they are pretty much easily done, or just a case of grind. Protector's are simple minus 1-2 each chapter, Grandmaster Cartographer is slow, but not too hard (if you do it as you play through). As for the others, the ones I find impressive are the 10,000 chests opened (loooong amount of time + cash), and Champion (need to know how to play GvG somewhat).

It does, you just have to split up your ale. It's been fixed so you can't drink from the same stack every time.

Finally managed to get Protector of Elona. I only used Heroes and Hench for every mission. Jennur's Horde was a pain in the butt to do with only Heroes/Hench. It took me 6-7 tries before I figured out a plan to do it...
So by getting Protector of Elona I now (finally) have...Kind of a Big Deal! Yay! Onto Grandmaster Elonian Cartographer! Then Skill hunter...then the other 15k armor...then bankruptcy...
