Ok, can someone here please tell me which city or place in Faction can I find this armor for my monk ?

In House Zu Heltzer, capital of the Kurziks... but right know you can't get it, because you can't get ambar... you can try to buy it from the few chosen who have a few amber... but it will be more expensive than 15k armor... maybe the same as FoW armor.
