PC on Gold Sundering Req 8 Bow

Sundering Longbow of Warding
15-28 (req 8 marksmanship)
+15% while health over 50%
Armour penetration +20% (19% chance)
+7 armour vs elemental

Needs a better grip, but the low req is a nice feature. What do you reckon?
