My Catha Ele is at level 16 and has one more mission and the 15 attribute quest to go, with 110 att. points and 15 from the quest 10 from leveling, that leaves me 45 short.

So has anyone received all 200 popints yet, or maybe we all have to go to the desert and ascend.

There are two 15pt quests on the island. One only becomes available after a mission is completed, IIRC.

there are 2 island quests.

someone who only has Factions would be out of luck as they could not get there

I got the lost treasure, what's the other one? Also if there are only 2 then we are 30 points short, ascention looks pretty reasonable plus there is a major reason to combine now.
