Questions about Luxons/Kurzicks and their armors

ok i will have a few questions here and i hope they can be answered.

my first question is how do you pruchase the luxon armors and te kurzicks armor? Do you have to do a certain misson/quest?

my second question is, assuming you have to join the certain side (luxon/kurzick) to get their armor, is it possible to change sides? My original plan was to go kurzicks all the way, but i recently learned that the armor i want for my assassin is the luxon armor. I want to know if have to join the luxons to get the armor i want, is it possible to, so to speak, "leave" the luxons and join the kurzicks?

my third question is, once i have acquired the luxon 1.5K armor or the kurzick 1.5k armor, where do I locate the 15k armor?

Play thru the game, there are lots of cities that you cannot get to unless you play a certain mission or a quest.

I think they did that to prevent runners.

You can switch sides, once you get all the armor you want with a side and spend all their faction then switch to the other side.

At the bottom of the map there are 2 cities one for Luxon and one of Kurz, and you can craft 15k armor in it.

Once you are done the game you get the chance to craft 15k Canthan.

now just to spare lazyness on my part, as when i go into a town i do not explore, i find the next thing to do in the story whether it be quest or mission. What are the names of the luxon town and kurzick town, so I know when I have arrived there. Also, the name of the town where the L/K 15k armor is made. ty.
