MM: Spirit Corpses Don't Count?

Title basically says it all. After playing with factions all weekend, I thought it could be cool to use the corpses from the dead Ritualist spirits as a supply for my now smaller minion army.

*Invalid target* Sigh, apparently they don't count as an exploitable corpse. Is everyone else finding this to be true, or are there certain ritualist spirits that leave an exploitable corpse? If there were such spirits, it would not only be benefitial to the rest of the team while they are alive, but help keep a fresh supply of fiends coming in.

the dragons in dragons liar are transperent but they have corps.
but spirits cant have corps just like ranger spirits

You'd think it'd be obvious. The ritualist binds the spirits to the physical realm as they have no bodies. If ranger spirits didn't leave any bodies, why would any other spirit?

Spirits dont have physical corpses...you can't summon a minion from air.
