Is there a place where max weapon components can be purchased or exchanged through a collector? There seems to be a sudden influx in these items (+30 fortitude, 20% enchant, +5 insightful, etc) in the market and the staff heads "look different" as a component. The prices for this stuff has also dropped alot.

The rise in prices is most likely due to all of the new equipment available, such as the fact that sup. vigors are raising in price. People have to outfit new characters with new armor and new equipment.
